Job Description:

This role will allow experienced staff to focus on high-value activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position will assist with managing inventory files defect auditing cycle counts and maintaining key inventory logs. Additionally they will contribute to tracking and monitoring performance metrics (KPIs) to support process improvements within the PCL department.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management
Monitor and control inventory levels to address excesses shortages and write-offs.
Manage bookings/unbookings and investigate discrepancies identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures.
Audit Production defect entries.
Cycle Count WIP inventory (SMT/Individual component inventory).
Maintain inventory logs (Cycle Count Log Part Adjustment Approval Log Expedite Log).
Track disposition and resolve Material Requisition (MAR) forms.

Preferred Knowledge Skills And Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and improve in all areas.
