About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to take ownership of a modern data platform and scale it into a high-performing reliable infrastructure. This is a key role where you will define best practices optimize performance and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize the entire data platform (Snowflake or similar)

Design build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines

Implement monitoring and improve data reliability
-
Standardize and optimize data models for reporting dashboards and ML use cases
-
Enable secure and user-friendly data access across teams
-
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data consistency
-
Implement testing CI/CD and documentation best practices
-
Drive infrastructure and tooling decisions
Key Impact Areas

Redesign data models to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy

Improve pipeline reliability and monitoring systems

Optimize data warehouse costs

Build data layers that support both technical and non-technical users
Requirements
-
5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering

Strong experience with Snowflake BigQuery or Redshift
-
Advanced SQL skills with performance optimization experience

Hands-on experience with dbt or similar tools

Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines

Experience owning data infrastructure end-to-end

Strong understanding of data quality and monitoring frameworks
