Role: ERP/SAP Senior Project Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced ERP/SAP Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP projects and ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions. This role will focus on end-to-end project management driving execution managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectivesnot only within SAP but across related systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ERP/SAP projects from initiation through delivery ensuring scope timeline and budget adherence.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including milestones dependencies and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage vendor and consulting partner relationships ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee data migration system integration and master data governance activities.
- Monitor and manage project risks issues and dependencies implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GXP SOX and cybersecurity standards maintaining audit readiness.
- Drive organizational change management including stakeholder engagement training and adoption strategies.
- Champion Agile practices (Scrum Kanban SAFe) where applicable fostering adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on progress risks and achievements.
- Conduct post-project reviews capture lessons learned and implement process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in ERP/SAP project management ideally end-to-end delivery.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters preferred).
- 6 years of project management experience with successful software delivery track record.
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- High adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
Desired
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud).
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks cloud ERP deployments and global vendor management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
