Job Summary
- RFPや顧客要件を理解し提案書作成文章予算に必要な情報を整理特定した上で提案書開発チームと連携し提案書の作成取りまとめを行う
- 新規提案再入札Re-bid関連ドキュメントについて文章および予算の作成調整を担当し必要に応じて他のチームメンバーの業務を支援する
- 提案案件において提案プロセスのリード役として関係者と連携し提案書および予算作成を推進する
- クライアントコールや社内ディスカッションに参加し顧客要件の整理論点の明確化不一致点の確認調整を行う
- 提案書および関連ドキュメントについて全体構成整合性品質の確認QCを行い最終版を取りまとめて顧客および社内部門へ共有する
- 必要に応じて企業データベースや提案関連情報の更新管理を行いトラッキングやレポーティングにおける情報の正確性を担保する
