Job Description
As an Architectural Drafter at Construct General Contracting you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process ensuring our projects are executed with precision and accuracy. Your attention to detail and expertise in drafting will contribute to the overall success of our award-winning projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes.
- Review and revise drawings as needed to reflect any changes or modifications during the design process.
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D drawings and models of building structures.
- Assist in estimating costs and materials for construction projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of architectural drawings for reference.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Revit or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of building codes regulations and construction practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision and accuracy in drafting.
Desired Experience:
- 1-50 years of experience in architectural drafting or related field.
- Previous experience working on residential commercial or industrial projects.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $90000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $146000 per year
