Quality Assurance Representative - Eso - Lewisville TX Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay range: $30.85 per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience education and where applicable certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

This position coordinates Quality Assurance activities in the assigned testing will review regulatory processes and policies in accordance with company policy state and federal will also support inspection readiness at all times.



Responsibilities
  • Supports compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policy.
  • Coordinates compliance with applicable regulations through documentation audits and corrective action.
  • Performs preliminary review of all departmental quality with management in the testing department to investigate and resolve nonconformances.
  • Audits training and competency program for assigned testing staff in assigned department on Quality Assurances policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates departmental internal and external proficiency testing activities.
  • Supports compliance with document control policies for all procedures and related documents used in the assigned testing departments quality program.
  • Assists with internal and external audits in assigned department and other departments as directed.
  • Promotes continuous quality improvement by collaborating with management to implement standardization and process improvement.
  • Performs special projects as assigned.
  • Actively participates as a member of the Quality Improvement Team.


Qualifications

Required WorkExperience:

  • At least 6 years of progressive laboratory experience.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • This position may require long periods of sitting and lifting items up to 10 pounds.

Knowledge:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of current company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of current local state and federal requirements

Education

  • Bachelors Degree Bachelors degree in medical technology or other life or physical sciences from an accredited college or university. (Required)

Languages

  • English (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

  • ASCP Certification (Preferred)
