As a Security Guard - Mobile Site Patrol in Honolulu HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal supporting a government aviation location where you will conduct routine unarmed patrols across terminals curbside and adjacent areas staying visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service assist travelers and staff with directions and questions document activities using computer and/or tablet tools and communicate clearly with site partners. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with crowd management access issues and/or disruptive behavior.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals parking areas curbside lanes and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards and maintenance concerns for reporting.
• Monitor access points restricted-entry doors and credential checks as directed by post orders documenting observations and reporting irregularities through the established chain of command.
• Complete required activity logs and incident reports communicate via radio and/or phone with site contacts and public agency partners as needed and support screening and queuing operations when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
