Position Summary

As a Senior Production Artistyoureembedded in a slot game development pod partnering day-to-day withEngineering and QAto deliver polished game-ready content. You also collaborate closely withArt Direction Illustration Animation andDesignto keep the creative vision cohesive while ensuring assets are built integrated tested andoptimizedforrun-timeperformance.

*This job will be located onsite in our Cedar Falls IA office!*

Essential Job Functions

Own art implementationend-to-end(pre-production through release): plan the build assemble assetsforenginevalidateresults and drive issues to closure.

Supportpre-productionby researching slot references and trends gathering visual benchmarks and creating quick mockups/prototypes that clarify scope and feasibility.

Prepare package and integrate 2D assets (UI typography symbols characters animations effects elements) into the game engineusingproprietarytoolset.

Partner with Engineeringand QAto troubleshoot visual/technical issuesand keep content performant on target devices.

Maintain clean organization (file hygiene naming conventions version control discipline) and keep documentation current.

Mentor production artists through reviewsand practical pipeline guidance.

Qualifications:

7 years in game art/art integration roles (mobileslots/social casinoa plus).

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) witha track recordof producing runtime-ready assets.

Experience integrating assets ingameenginesand working within performance constraints (memory file size load time).

Comfortable working in an iterative cross-functional environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Portfoliodemonstratingshipped work and hands-on implementation/optimization.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Ability to quickly learn andutilizeproprietary software

Experience in MS Office

Written and verbal communication skills

Ability to follow direction and accept constructive criticism

Excellent organizational skills; problem solving skills and high attention to detail

Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet multiple concurrent deadlines
