What Youll Do:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients.
- Review client financial statements partner capital statements and other key reports.
- Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients.
- Coordinate and oversee the external audit process as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms.
- Prepare and review partner capital calls waterfall models distribution notices and management fee calculations.
- Lead train and mentor team members by setting clear objectives providing coaching and delivering performance feedback.
- Ensure the teams compliance with internal controls policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships effectively managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- ACA ACCA CA CPA or equivalent.
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- 3 in Private Equity Industry.
- Management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
