Purpose of the Role

The Warehouse & Logistics Specialist - Brazil will ensure smooth daily operation in the 3PL warehouse. Ensure warehouses processes are continuously met with aligned KPI metrics. Actively initiate and contribute in improvements gain efficiency and productivity for Logistics in Brazil.

Essential Responsibilities:

Daily monitor Inbound and Outbound workload take proactive actions if needed
Ensure inbound and outbound data quality for KPI measurement
Perform warehouse Quality Audits (Audit of order separation and checking processes within the warehouse)
Coordinate service complaints with 3PL
Maintiain PODs in Oracle (Completion of PODs based on delivery receipts provided by carriers)
Ensure inventory accuracycoordinate daily cycle count and Year-end wall-to-wall counts
Fiscal Documentation Sending (Sending fiscal documents to customers after processing)
NF (Nota Fiscal) tracking with Finance team europe
Actively initiate and contribute in improvements gain efficiency and productivity for Logistics in Brazil.
Support logistics and warehouse operation in Brazil

Qualifications / Requirements:

Key professional project or leadership experience:

Communication skills and ability to work as a team
Structured working methods
Ability to deliver results on time and on target

Academic requirements/ professional qualifications

Graduation in Business Administration Production Engineering or Logistics in College/University

Spoken Languages:

Fluent in English and Portuguese

Job specific knowledge:

Customer oriented thinking understands how own team integrates to Service Supply chain
Good IT knowledge (ERP MS Office)
Analytic skills Capability to solve problems
Efficient communication skills
