Job Summary
Join our team as a Field Supervisor Pole Inspection Operations where you will lead and support field crews performing utility pole inspections while ensuring safety quality and efficient project execution. ENTRUST Solutions Group is a leader in engineering and consulting services for the power and communications this role you will oversee inspection teams provide field leadership and ensure accurate data collection to support reliable utility infrastructure.
What Youll Do
Provide leadership guidance and supervision to field staff including technicians engineers and other field personnel
Ensure team members are properly trained motivated and equipped to perform their duties effectively
Manage and allocate personnel equipment and materials to support efficient field operations
Oversee daily field activities including site inspections installations repairs maintenance and troubleshooting while ensuring protocols are followed
Monitor field performance including productivity quality and compliance with project requirements
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients contractors and internal teams
Identify and address potential risks such as safety hazards resource constraints or technical issues
Promote best practices and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and team performance
Ensure compliance with industry regulations company policies and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of field activities including work orders equipment inventory project documentation and customer interactions
Collect accurate data for permits easements and rights-of-way in a timely manner
Interact professionally with clients property owners contractors and developers as needed
Interpret field sheet notes schematics maps and drawings
Prepare routine and project-specific correspondence clearly and in a timely manner
Follow and enforce general safety guidelines and proper use of PPE
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of previous experience in telecommunications and/or electrical utilities (5 years preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and routine office equipment
