POSITION: 6TH GRADE MATH TEACHER

LOCATION: KETTERING MIDDLE SCHOOL
GENERAL INFORMATION: Seeking applicants with an Ohio teaching license (1-8 OR 4-9) who have the ability to teach the full range of classes for elementary students. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in teaching Math.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Partial List:
- Develops daily and seasonal educational objectives.
- Supervises and manages all classroom activities.
- Participates in school-wide programs and activities.
- Communicates with parents and guardians of assigned students.
- Maintains records regarding student progress.
- Provides a variety of instructional experiences for all students.
QUALIFICATIONS Partial List:
- Valid Ohio teaching license.
- Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Educational technology skills.
SALARY: According to the approved Teacher Salary Schedule.
