Were looking for an experienced Shared Services Manager to lead and optimise our Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Invoicing operations. This is a handson leadership role where youll manage a small highperforming team and play a key part in maintaining strong financial hygiene cashflow discipline and scalable finance processes as the business grows.
What youll be doing
Lead coach and manage a shared services team covering AP and AR/Invoicing
Own endtoend customer and vendor onboarding ensuring accuracy compliance and welldocumented processes
Oversee customer invoicing collections dispute resolution and credit notes
Manage accounts payable operations including invoice processing reconciliations and payment runs
Own shared services inputs into monthend close including reconciliations accruals and reporting
Monitor and report on AR ageing DSO AP ageing and billing accuracy
Drive process improvement automation and stronger internal controls in collaboration with Finance Systems and IT teams
Support internal and external audit requirements related to shared services processes
What were looking for
610 years experience in finance operations shared services or transactional finance
Proven experience leading AP and AR teams
Strong understanding of invoicing collections payables and cashflow drivers
Experience supporting monthend close processes
Strong attention to detail with a controloriented mindset
Solid experience with Workday and Excel
