Shared Services Manager

Were looking for an experienced Shared Services Manager to lead and optimise our Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Invoicing operations. This is a handson leadership role where youll manage a small highperforming team and play a key part in maintaining strong financial hygiene cashflow discipline and scalable finance processes as the business grows.

What youll be doing

• Lead coach and manage a shared services team covering AP and AR/Invoicing

• Own endtoend customer and vendor onboarding ensuring accuracy compliance and welldocumented processes

• Oversee customer invoicing collections dispute resolution and credit notes

• Manage accounts payable operations including invoice processing reconciliations and payment runs

• Own shared services inputs into monthend close including reconciliations accruals and reporting

• Monitor and report on AR ageing DSO AP ageing and billing accuracy

• Drive process improvement automation and stronger internal controls in collaboration with Finance Systems and IT teams

• Support internal and external audit requirements related to shared services processes

What were looking for

• 610 years experience in finance operations shared services or transactional finance

• Proven experience leading AP and AR teams

• Strong understanding of invoicing collections payables and cashflow drivers

• Experience supporting monthend close processes

• Strong attention to detail with a controloriented mindset

• Solid experience with Workday and Excel
