Job Summary
Position Title: LPN - Night - Contract
Location: Phoenix AZ
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: Night Shift 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Duration: 13 weeks
Payrate: $44 hourly
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a LPNfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the RN or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as directed.
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and mobility.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems.
Support RNs and healthcare teams in implementing care plans.
Provide basic wound care and assist with medical procedures.
Educate patients and families on basic healthcare needs and follow-up care.
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice.
Qualifications:
Active LPN license (state-specific as required).
BLS certification required.
Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Knowledge of basic nursing practices and patient care techniques.
Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
