What Youll Be Doing
- Operate cement plant equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
- Monitor production processes and support quality control activities
- Handle material movement loading and cleanup tasks
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe reliable operation
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy and industrial equipment safely
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting climbing and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail to support quality and safety standards
- Willingness to work collaboratively and follow established procedures
- Commitment to learning problem-solving and contributing to plant reliability
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $ 24.81 to $ 24.81 per hour
