We are looking for an engineer to join our Custom Made Device (CMD) team where we develop and deliver Class III medical devices tailored to individual patients with complex vascular conditions.
What makes this role unique:
In this role you dont just design devices you configure and validate patient-specific solutions under tight timelines. You will take technical ownership (drafting) of the design for manufacturing preparation of custom stent grafts ensuring that each solution is precise within the limitation guidelines compliant and ready for production. In addition you will contribute to the development of new design elements and features helping to expand the product portfolio through close crossfunctional collaboration with both local and global colleagues.
You will join our local CMD team within the Post Market Engineering department - a team with diverse competencies all dedicated to delivering tailormade devices to patients worldwide.
As an engineer you will hold technical responsibility for the manufacturing of CMDs working closely with both planning and this role you will provide technical sparring support daily decisionmaking and contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient execution across the CMD process.
