What Youll Do
As Finance Controller for our AD24 Service division youll lead financial reporting planning and control activities partnering closely with the Quality Reliability & Service Executive Director and their leadership team. Youll deliver accurate timely financial insight that drives strategic decisionmaking enhances operational performance and ensures strong commercial outcomes across the aftermarket business.
What Were Looking For
Youll bring experience in a finance leadership role ideally within an aftermarket engineering or manufacturing environment. Youll have strong commercial awareness excellent analytical capability and the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders to influence decisions. Youll also be comfortable challenging assumptions managing deadlines and operating in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
Bonus if you have:
- CCAB / CIMA qualification (or actively working towards it)
- Experience with consolidation tools (e.g. Hyperion) or ERP systems (e.g. Syspro)
- Prior exposure to warranty campaign provisions or aftermarket operations
