Priority will be given to candidates completely fluent in English and Opportunity:The Bilingual Documentation Administrator is responsible for initiating and completing the renewal and mortgage discharge processes for First National and 3rd Party Servicers. How you will contribute: Accurately input renewals details on Optimus (renewal directory or manual when required)Check errors on directory reports and weekly reports making corrections where requiredPrepare Conversion Agreements for Adjustable mortgages when requested by clientGenerate and mail confirmation letters to clientAudit renewals/conversion to ensure accuracy of terms inputtedMaintain investor spreadsheets for renewal allocations and reporting commitments for Accounting investors and management on a daily basis based on guidelines from treasuryMaintain current interest rate sheets used by Renewal Administration DepartmentManage and complete daily workflow itemsPrepare mortgage Discharge StatementsAudit discharge statements to ensure accurate penalties fees and notes are in placePrepare discharge documents for all residential mortgages 30-60 days after loan is paid outComplete all other projects as assigned by managementThe experience you need: You have acquired a post-secondary diploma or degreeYou have some experience in the mortgage industry (may not be applicable for entry-level positions)You enjoy problem-solvingBilingualism (French English) requiredWorking Environment and Physical Demands Analysis:Office environmentPeriods of high volume with tight timelinesLong periods of stationary position/sittingProlonged periods of repetitive movement (i.e. using a keyboard and mouse)Long periods of time in viewing a computer screenMulti-tasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer programWhy join First NationalCompetitive Compensation Comprehensive benefits program (i.e. Health Spending Account Maternity and Parental Leave Top Up)Hybrid working environmentExtensive training programs to set our employees up for success Modern office environment conducive to collaborationSupportive teamwork culture Opportunities to give back to the communities and work through events focused on a variety of charities Ongoing social events throughout the yearThe team youll join: Founded in 1988 First National is one of Canadas largest non-bank lenders.
