IT PROJECT MANAGER (HYBRID LISBON)

Your Role
As an IT Project Manager you will lead end-to-endproject delivery within the renewable energy domain ensuring seamlessintegration between IT systems and operational environments (OT).
You will manage complex projects involving SCADA systemsmonitoring platforms IoT solutions and asset management systems workingclosely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects supporting renewable energy operations (solar wind hydro batteries)
- Manage the full project lifecycle: requirements planning roadmap execution and delivery
- Ensure integration between corporate systems (Data Lake SCADA) and operational environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (architecture cybersecurity data infrastructure operations)
- Manage vendors and contracts ensuring compliance and performance
- Oversee budgeting financial control and cost efficiency
- Implement cybersecurity standards data governance and regulatory compliance
- Drive stakeholder management and communication across technical and business teams
- Provide clear reporting on progress risks and milestones
- Promote continuous improvement automation and process optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (8 years)
- Background in Renewable Energy Utilities or Industrial sectors (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SCADA field systems or OT/IT integration (highly valued)
- Experience with project management methodologies:
- Agile
- Waterfall
- Hybrid approaches
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- MS Project
- Jira
- Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities
