Please note: The working mode is on-site: 5 days a week from our Katowice or Wroclaw offices.

About the role

In this role you will lead a team of developers working on projects from the Altium 365 product suite and improve our cloud platform capabilities.

A day in the life of our Team Leader

• Lead and mentor cross-functional team

• Collaborate with Product teams on building requirements

• Ensure technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features

• Write and review code providing constructive feedback to team members

• Identify technical and organizational obstacles and advocate for solutions

• Foster ownership culture and promote knowledge-sharing

Who Were Looking For

• 3 years of team and project leadership

• 10 years of software engineering experience

• Experience working in international teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a Getting Things Done attitude

• Technical skills:

  • Senior-level knowledge platform and C# language (.NET Core REST API etc.)

  • Experience with building and maintaining cloud platforms

  • Resolving production issues

  • Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations

  • AWS multi-tenant architecture hands-on experience would be beneficial

• Microelectronics domain knowledge would be beneficial

• A proactive self-motivated learner who sees engineering as not just a job but a way of looking at the world
