Please note: The working mode is on-site: 5 days a week from our Katowice or Wroclaw offices.
About the role
In this role you will lead a team of developers working on projects from the Altium 365 product suite and improve our cloud platform capabilities.
A day in the life of our Team Leader
Lead and mentor cross-functional team
Collaborate with Product teams on building requirements
Ensure technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features
Write and review code providing constructive feedback to team members
Identify technical and organizational obstacles and advocate for solutions
Foster ownership culture and promote knowledge-sharing
Who Were Looking For
3 years of team and project leadership
10 years of software engineering experience
Experience working in international teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a Getting Things Done attitude
Technical skills:
Senior-level knowledge platform and C# language (.NET Core REST API etc.)
Experience with building and maintaining cloud platforms
Resolving production issues
Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
AWS multi-tenant architecture hands-on experience would be beneficial
Microelectronics domain knowledge would be beneficial
- A proactive self-motivated learner who sees engineering as not just a job but a way of looking at the world
