Position Summary
The Associate Director of Global Benefits & Mobility(ex-US)willbe responsible foroverseeing the designand implementation of global employee benefits programs as well as managing all aspects of global mobility including expatriate assignments immigration and relocation processes.This leader will support the roll out and change management for large visible initiatives. Therole willreportinto the SVP Global TotalRewardsandpart of the TotalRewards Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
Accountability for a departmentglobally
DesignBenefit & Mobilityinnovative integrated programs that align with FMEsglobaltotalrewards philosophy
Provide comprehensivebenefitssupport and guidance to our TRBPs ensuring they have the information and tools needed to address business needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of Benefits & Mobility programs analyze metrics and ROI and recommend enhancements.
Manage relationships with benefit& mobilityvendor partners holding them accountable to meeting deliverables and expectations (WTW Global and Benefit/Mobilitypartner vendor)
Collaborate with the US Benefits team on cyclical programs including Annual Enrollment and related activities.
Identifythe impact of business decisions on Benefit Programs; work with global business unit partners to understand priorities globally
Develop global benefit communication campaigns across key internal and external partners.
Manage and oversee global benefit& mobilityteam
Communication
Develops andmaintainscontact with internal and external stakeholders involvinga high levelof complexity and ensures they are aligned with the stated businessobjectives plans and terms and conditions.
Influences others to accept practices and approaches and communicate messages to the executive leadership.
Innovation
Analyzes and resolves complex problems and issues requiring solutions that considerpossible impacton operational financial and human dimensions of the business.
Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis.
Key Qualifications
Bachelors Degree; Advanced Degree desirable
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Typically requires a bachelors degree and7-10yearsof overall experience including at least 3 years of managerial experience.
7-10years related experience.
MinimumRequirements
Well-developed knowledge acrossglobal rewards programs. Experience in managing customer interfaces and coordinating specialist and professional input to complete and runlarge scalebusiness initiatives and projects.
Typically requires a bachelors degree and7-10years of overall experience including at least 3 years of managerial experience.
