Position Overview
Edmond Hyundaiis seeking a motivatedC-Level Automotive Technicianwith solid experience in maintenance and light repairs. This is aflat-rate (flag hour)position ideal for technicians who are efficient detail-oriented and looking to grow into higher-level roles within a dealership environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and light repair services efficiently under a flat-rate system
Complete brake work tire services fluid services and basic mechanical repairs
Diagnose straightforward vehicle issues using scan tools and standard procedures
Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed services
Accurately flag hours and document work performed
Maintain productivity while ensuring quality and safety standards
Work closely with service advisors and senior technicians
Pay Structure (Flat Rate / Flag Hours)
Paid perflagged labor hour(not clocked hours)
Consistent workflow to support strong earning potential
Performance incentives tied to productivity and quality
Opportunity to increase hourly rate as skills and certifications grow
Qualifications
25 years of automotive technician experience
Ability to complete maintenance and light repairs independently
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair procedures
Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive in a flat-rate environment
Valid drivers license
ASE certifications a plus (training support available)
