D-Orbit is seeking a Product Manager to join our Technology team
Operating in the Technology Business Unit and reporting to the Sr Product Manager the candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an Avionics product ensuring successful industrialization adherence to cost and quality targets and optimization throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Product Delivery Strategy & Roadmap

Deliver the assigned product on time on budget and in quality.

Maintain the product vision strategy and roadmap for the specific avionics system.

Align product development with company objectives and customer requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and deployment.

Industrialization & Lifecycle Management

Support the industrialization of the product including defining production testing equipment.

Manage the full product lifecycle including upgrades obsolescence planning and end-of-life strategies.

Cost & Budget Management

Ensure achievement of the cost target through design-to-cost and supplier coordination.

Monitor and control overall product development budget during development.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with engineering manufacturing and quality teams to ensure product compliance and performance.

Act as interface between technical teams and stakeholders ensuring effective communication and alignment

Requirements:

  • Experience in product development industrialization and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proactive attitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Deep knowledge of AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of avionics systems aerospace or complex electromechanical products is a plus.

Background in engineering.

Experience managing hardware/software integrated products.

Previous involvement in cross-functional teams and supplier negotiations
