What Youll Do:
The intern will work closely with the Finance team in the following tasks and duties:
- File/scan all project-related invoices and upload documentation into the ERP system.
- Assist in the weekly check run.
- Prepare and enter invoices directly into the ERP system.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payment requests.
- Work closely with the Finance team and Operations team.
- Develop and maintain positive relations with Subcontractors and Project Managers.
- Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated from the Finance team.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Must be currently enrolled at the time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate Accounting or Finance degree program at an accredited college or university or have graduated from this program within the past year.
- General Knowledge of account payable payment policies and procedures are preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately.
- Ability to analyze interpret reconcile and resolve problems.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the teams and internal and external stakeholders.

- Salary Range: starts at $18.50commensurate with degree level
- Internship runs from June 1st to August 7th
