Runner

We are currently looking for a Runner to join our team.

As a Runner you will be a key member of our support team and will be responsible for helping ensure the smooth running of our studio.

The position of Runner exposes you to every department and best equips you for choosing your own career path. Runners hold a key client service role providing the highest standards of assistance and support to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office administrative tasks as required

• Ensure all aspects of Health & Safety are being adhered to

• Arrange company events in conjunction with the Office Manager

• Liaise with contractors and suppliers

• Answering telephone calls welcoming clients and providing refreshments for meetings

• Handing out post and messages to colleagues

• Making arrangements for staff on location

• Arranging orders where necessary

• Ensuring refreshments stationary and general office equipment are well stocked

• Keeping the kitchens and meeting rooms clean tidy and well presented

• Ad hoc duties as and when required.
  
  

Skills/Experience:

• Someone who can work unsupervised

• An enthusiastic quick thinker who is able to use their initiative

• Someone who is happy to work hard juggle multiple tasks and get things done quickly and efficiently

• A confident communicator with a clear and friendly telephone manner

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Internet and Email

• Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop is desirable but not essential

• Knowledge of visual effects post-production or related creative industries is desirable but not essential.
