Mechanical Assembler

To meet the growing demand for our productwere currently seeking a Mechanical this position you will applyyour skills to build high-quality agricultural equipment and get to be the lasttouch on it before it gets in the hands of our customer.
YourResponsibilities Will Include
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings work instructions andquality standard
- Perform work with a high levelof accuracy consistency and attention to detail
- Verify fit finish andfunctionality to ensure quality standards are met before product moves forward
- Identify defects errors ordeviations and take appropriate action to prevent quality issues from advancing
- Follow all safety procedurespolicies and safe work practices at all times
- Identify processinefficiencies quality concerns or safety risks and bring them forward
- Participate in continuousimprovement initiatives and suggest practical solutions
- Work collaboratively with teammembers and leaders to meet production goals
Were Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude and comfortworking with tools and equipment
Ability to read and followtechnical instructions drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail witha qualityfocused mindset
Problemsolving skills and willingness to raise concerns or improvementideas
Ability to work independentlywhile contributing to a team environment
Commitment to safetyconsistency and continuous learning
Manufacturing assembly orhandson technicalexperience is an asset
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
