- Requires a bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred but not required).
- Strong foundation in software engineering including OOP data structures algorithms code instrumentation and best coding practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with most of the following technologies: Angular React Python C# .NET Core SQL/NoSQL.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud-native engineering particularly using FaaS PaaS and microservices on Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient understanding of methodologies and tools such as XP Lean SAFe DevSecOps SRE Azure DevOps (ADO) GitHub and SonarQube for rapid high-quality product delivery.
- Candidates with experience in AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) will be given strong preference.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills capable of managing diverse situations complex projects and shifting priorities with passion empathy and care.
