Data Analyst (12-Month Contract)Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team for a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering and the Senior Sales Asset Manager you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our demo asset operations.

Your mission is to develop robust data processes high-impact KPI dashboards and custom workflow tools that drive visibility and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Insights: Design build and maintain Power BI dashboards that track critical KPIs enabling leadership to make faster data-driven decisions.
Workflow Automation: Leverage Power Apps to create custom interfaces that streamline data capture inventory management and user interaction.
Data Integration (ETL): Extract and transform data from SAP and Dynamics 365 CRM; facilitate seamless integrations across platforms using APIs and automation tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance IT and Operations to establish standardized data pipelines and automated reporting processes.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in demo inventory management and propose scalable enhancements to the asset lifecycle.
Data Governance: Maintain centralized documentation for data definitions and logic while performing regular audits to ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness.
Strategic Support: Handle ad-hoc analytical requests to optimize demo asset utilization and align with CapEx planning.

Qualifications

Education: Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience in database management.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI Power Apps Power Automate) and Dynamics 365 CRM.
Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and API-based data integration is strongly preferred.
Communication: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Industry Context: Previous experience in Sales Support or Asset Management environments is a significant plus.
