RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be Offered 08:30-17:00; 8 HOUR DAYS; Monday - Friday ***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offers*** Call Requirement: expectation usually 1 time per week 5p-7a but needs may change due to call outs. If a weekend staff is off the weekend will be considered call as well. Includes holiday rotation. Float Requirement: may float to other surgical services areas. Weekend Requirement: Potentially if a weekend staff is off call may include weekend. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: WOMEN AGES 12 AND UP SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: GYN PROCEDURES TO INCLUDE TABS 9 THERAPEUTIC ABORTIONS - NO ONCOLOGY CASES - ROBOTIC HYSTERECTOMY Hysterectomies. ( vaginal abdominal robotic laparoscopic Laparoscopies. Dx or operative Hysteroscopies. Novasure myosure D&C Robotic . hysterectomies. Treatment for endometriosis Sacrocolpexy pelvic work Bladder slings cystoscopes bulkamids interstims Exploratory laparotomy Cold knife cones LEEP procedures SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: DA VINCI preferred NOVASURE MYOSURE UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis EPIC SBAR SCRUBS: Provided
