Job Summary
*MUST HAVE ECMO SPECIALIST/PUMP MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE* ECMO SPECIALIST - 13 week contract 2 years experience minimum The ECMO Specialist is responsible to provide prolonged cardiac and respiratory support to persons whose heart and lungs are unable to provide an adequate amount of gas exchange or perfusion to sustain life. ACLS BLS Required Provide ECMO Support in all 3 critical care units (NICU PICU CICU). Patients are placed on ECMO for respiratory and or heart failure for support until recovery or as a bridge to lung/heart transplant
