Job Summary

Salesforce Architect SAAS Expert Application Engineer & Solution Architect(Banking domain)

Developing teams of highly qualified functional- and technical resources both onshore offshore

Provide technical leadership for IT solutions to which you have ownership

Architect Solutions that are scalable secure & sustainable

Provide scalable maintainable and robust designs/solutions

Be able to effectively plan coordinate and communicate on builds/projects

Accountable for quality project deliverables

Technical escalation point for team in addressing Production issues

Designing solutions that are scalable and maintainable

Manage the delivery of consulting services provided by local SFDC consulting partners

Owning build vs buy solutions recommendations based on offering in App Exchange

Manage to client expectations

Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements application design configuration testing and deployment

Performs feasibility analysis and technology tradeoffs within the constraints of the project

Confident and willing to challenge a customer and guide them towards an appropriate solution that meets their needs while maintaining the scalability maintainability of the instance

Ability to guide the Product Owner and the Development team towards creative uses of standard features to meet business requirements instead of simply relying on custom code solutions

Participates actively in discussions builds a reputation as a go-to resource for toughest problems

Understands platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations

Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices as needed

Oversee and/or implement any development changes for the EU ORG ensuring success through planning consultation with business partners and sufficient testing before release

Serve as a technical lead and mentor to jr

Qualifications for salesforce technical architect

5 years relevant experience working in some capacity for a sales marketing service and/or operation organization

Good documentation/detail orientated required

Ability to lead and facilitate workshops technical and functional requirements gathering and design sessions

Lead and mentor a team of developers directing all development/testing activities on Store Applications projects to ensure high quality technical implementations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations
