Job Title: Project Coordinator/Specialist-I
(Customer Experience Associate Social Team)
Location: Remote (EST)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to support the Social team in enhancing the in-app customer experience. This role will contribute to various initiatives tied to a Creator Program and emerging social commerce efforts.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment can manage multiple workflows simultaneously and maintains a high standard of accuracy and quality. An interest in the creator economy short-form video content (e.g. TikTok Reels) or community management is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities1. Application Review
Evaluate creator applications profiles and portfolios to ensure alignment with brand voice and community standards.
2. Creator Relations & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants.
Manage team inbox communications providing timely and professional responses related to onboarding technical support and program updates.
3. Content Quality Assurance
Moderate and review video submissions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and quality benchmarks.
Maintain consistency in content standards and brand alignment.
4. Strategic Sourcing & Lead Generation
Identify and source high-potential creators through targeted lead generation efforts.
Build and maintain creator pipelines to support program growth and social commerce initiatives.
5. Feedback & Process Improvement
Track trends recurring issues and insights from moderation and creator interactions.
Partner with the team to recommend and implement process improvements.
6. Cross-Functional Support
Assist with additional Social team initiatives and emerging projects as needed.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred
1 3 years of experience in customer relationship management social media management or content moderation preferred
Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets Slack and Gmail
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Comfortable working with repetitive processes while continuously improving output quality
Familiarity with short-form video platforms and understanding of engaging content trends
Interest in food content creation or the creator economy
Must be available to work East Coast hours
