What youll do:
- Building relationships & creating customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- As leads come in you use your phone skills and sales expertise to turn prospects into happy customers.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new & pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure complete satisfaction and referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
What youll need:
- Availabilityto work flexible hours as well as Saturdays
- Drivenand ready to be developed professionally
- Great Communicationskills with all types of customers
- Team Playerworking to develop relationships with coworkers and close deals
- Professionaland well-groomed appearance
