We have vacancies for Assistant Running Wardrobe Technicians to join our Running Wardrobe team for the 2026 Festival. Previous experience is preferred but the main requirements are that applicants have an understanding of Glyndebournes high production standards are sympathetic to the demands of Artists and can handle costumes from early fashion to modern day attire quickly and carefully. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours as required.
We are looking for both show staff (working mainly afternoon and evenings)and also for laundry staff(working morning and afternoon shifts).

This is an hourly paid position at (Grade 7) 12.85per hour with enhancements for working on a Sunday and over 8hrs in a day.
You will be required to work 2- 6 days/evenings per week with variable hours depending on the length of the operas allocated but will always be a minimum of 4 hours per day/ evening.
You will receive half a days paid holiday for each week worked (6.8 weeks holiday per annum pro rata inclusive of bank holidays).
