What Youll Be Doing

Welcome guests to the dealership and help them discover the perfect ATV motorcycle side-by-side or snowmobile for their lifestyle
Build relationships with customers through great conversations follow-ups and personalized service
Guide customers through the sales journey from first conversation to delivery day
Share product knowledge and demonstrate features to help customers make confident decisions
Generate new opportunities through lead follow-up referrals and community connections
Stay current on inventory promotions and new models
Deliver an exceptional guest experience that keeps customers coming back
Work collaboratively with your team to hit sales goals and celebrate wins together
