Job Details: EA to MD (International Sales Admin & Marketing)

Role Summary
To act as a strategic execution and governance partner to the Director – Marketing International Sales Admin & Branding by ensuring structured coordination across Marketing campaigns Brand governance international business development and administrative oversight.

The role ensures leadership decisions translate into measurable market outcomes disciplined reporting structured follow-up and execution excellence across domestic and international channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Governance & Review Management

  • Manage Director’s review calendar leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Prepare structured agenda and data-backed presentations.
  • Record and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Maintain strict action tracker with 100% closure discipline.
  • Convert strategic direction into structured execution roadmap.

2. Marketing & Branding Governance

  • Track Marketing campaign calendar (ATL/BTL/Digital/Trade).
  • Monitor creative approvals branding consistency and campaign timelines.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal marketing team for deliverable tracking.
  • Maintain Brand performance dashboard (campaign ROI reach engagement visibility).
  • Ensure alignment between brand strategy and sales execution.

3. International Sales Monitoring & Coordination

  • Track Monthly / Quarterly International Sales Target vs. Actual.
  • Monitor country-wise / distributor-wise performance.
  • Track order pipeline dispatch status and export documentation readiness.
  • Coordinate pricing approvals and commercial discussions.
  • Escalate potential export risk areas proactively.

4. Domestic Sales & Market Alignment

  • Coordinate structured reviews with OGS / GT Sales teams.
  • Track promotional schemes and execution compliance.
  • Monitor sales growth trends and market expansion initiatives.
  • Prepare performance dashboards for Director review.

5. Admin & Governance Coordination

  • Support structured monitoring of HO administrative governance.
  • Track facility vendor and service coordination where required.
  • Maintain key vendor / partner documentation repository.

6. MIS Analytics & Executive Reporting

  • Prepare consolidated dashboards covering:
  • Marketing Campaign Performance
  • International Sales Performance
  • Domestic Sales Metrics
  • Brand Investment Tracking
  • Budget vs. Actual Spend
  • Convert data into structured executive presentations.
  • Maintain centralized MIS repository for review and audit readiness.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy timeliness and data discipline

Ownership Delivery & Accountability

  • Ensure full alignment between marketing strategy and execution outcomes.
  • Drive disciplined follow-up culture across Marketing International Sales and Admin teams.
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and strict timeline discipline.
  • Ensure Director-level decisions reflect in measurable commercial and brand outcomes.

Mail & Communication Governance

  • Manage and screen Director’s official email and communication.
  • Prioritize draft and coordinate responses as instructed.
  • Track pending approvals commitments and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all official and sensitive communication.

Travel & Visit Management (End-to-End Travel Desk Coordination)

  • Plan and manage Director’s complete travel schedule including bookings logistics and accommodation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international business visits exhibitions distributor meets and branding events.
  • Ensure agenda readiness and required documentation prior to visits.
  • Track and ensure closure of action points arising from visits.

Personal Agenda & Other Important Task Closure Support

  • Maintain structured tracker of all assignments given by Director (official strategic or special tasks).
  • Ensure end-to-end coordination and timely closure of assigned responsibilities.
  • Follow up with concerned stakeholders and escalate delays proactively.
  • Provide coordination support for select personal or family-related administrative matters ensuring discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure no task remains open without defined status or follow-up.
