Job Summary
Position Overview:
Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can put your CNC skills to work in a friendly team-oriented environment Were on the hunt for a CNC Operator to join our production crew! This could be the perfect opportunity if you have 2-3 years of experience and are comfortable working with CNC this role youll help us create high-quality parts while keeping things running smoothly on the shop floor. If you enjoy working with your hands problem-solving and being part of a team that gets the job done wed love to meet you!
What Youll Do:
Operate easy-to-use CNC machines to cut drill and shape materials.
Read simple blueprints and work instructions (nothing too complexjust the essentials!).
Load raw materials make minor machine adjustments and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Perform quality checks using calipers micrometers and other measuring tools (well show you the ropes if needed!).
Keep your work area clean and follow all safety guidelines (because safety comes first!).
Work with your teammates to troubleshoot any minor machine issues.

The ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The stamina to be on your feet for most of the shift (and lift to weight requirement e.g. 40-50 lbs when necessary).
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or production setting.
Familiarity with basic machine functions and tool changes.
Experience using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers (or a willingness to learn).
Ability to read and follow simple blueprints and instructions.
