We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team.
Were looking for a passionate professional to join Kaplan Living in the role of Deputy Manager for our student residence in Brighton.
Reporting to the General Manager you will assist with the running of the residences ensuring a first-class residential and customer experience. To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent customer service strong attention to detail and experience in managing people. Youll be part of a team which will provide a home from home atmosphere to international students offering a vibrant social community and a safe secure environment where students can relax.

Experience of working in student accommodationor other hospitality accommodation services.
Demonstrable approach to service excellence customercareand a sensitivity to students needs.
An understanding ofand commitment to safeguarding and welfare practices within an educational environment.
A working knowledge of the ANUK Accreditation Scheme and Health and Safety Management.
Canmanagea team proactively in the delivery ofhigh qualityservices and continuous improvement.
Can embed inclusive practices in all aspects of their work being an Inclusive Champion to all staff and students.
