Job Summary
Job Description:
- Prepare the components specifications for centrifugal pump Plate & Frame heat exchanger control valves relief device flow transmitter Air coolers etc.
- Develop Process flow Diagram & Piping & Instrumentation Diagram
- Sizing and Selection of pumps control valves Pressure relief device orifice heat exchanger Flow transmitter etc.
- Conducting technical discussion with supplier/ manufacturer to freeze specifications
- Preparing test setup and conducting the components validation tests.
- Troubleshooting of equipments/Instrumentation items.
- Component testing and qualification for alternate parts.
- Experience in Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology is preferred.
- Hands on experience with equipments like pumps Heat Exchanger would be preferred.
Requirements and skills: -
- B.E/ in Chemical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience.
- Positive attitude to learn and make others learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Team player
