Production Quality Technician

To meet the growing demand for our productwere currently seeking a Production Quality this role you will help ensure that products leaving theproduction line consistently meet quality standards while also supportingmanufacturing efficiency by identifying process risks validating controls anddriving continuous improvement. You will work closely with Production andEngineering to resolve issues quickly and prevent defects from movingdownstream.
YourResponsibilities Will Include:
Respondquickly to quality issues identified on the production line helping resolveproblems without disrupting production flow
Collaboratewith Production and Engineering teams to implement rootcausebasedsolutions that reduce defect recurrence and downtime
Conductprocess audits and quality checks to validate that controls are effective andrisks are managed
Assessmanufacturing processes to identify capability gaps or quality risks andrecommend corrective actions
Documentfindings clearly and support continuous improvement efforts based on data andobservations
Helpensure the production line consistently delivers products that meet internaland customer quality standards
Were Looking For:
Stronganalytical and rootcause problemsolving ability
Highattention to detail and ability to identify performance gaps
Ability towork independently and prioritize tasks
Strongunderstanding of technical documentation such as drawings manuals and CADmodels
Clearverbal and written communication skills
Comfortabledocumenting findings and observations clearly
Familiarity with measurement tools(calipers measuring tapes micrometers etc)
Proficiencywith Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
