Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist fluent in English to support clinical trials by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of psychiatric this role you will review rating scales evaluate assessment quality and provide real-time guidance to raters. You will also participate in calibration activities conduct mock interviews and help maintain high standards of data reliability throughout the trial process.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend orientation training and calibration sessions as required.
- Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documentation.
- Conduct scheduled rater interactions and provide feedback on scoring techniques and methodology.
- Complete assigned tasks and submit all documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Masters degree (MA/MS) in Psychology Counseling Psychiatric Nursing or Social Work (or equivalent). MD DO or PhD preferred.
- Experience:
- 3 years administering psychiatric assessments rating scales and structured clinical interviews (including CDR-SB).
- 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
- 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral work).
- CNS trial experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Language Requirement
