IT Systems Administrator (Onsite Wisconsin)

We are seeking a skilled hands-on IT Systems Administrator to join our this role you will support and maintain our IT infrastructure including servers networks end-user systems and security. This is not a remote role - our ideal candidate enjoys being onsite working directly with systems equipment and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. If youre organized collaborative and love being the go-to person when systems need stability and support wed love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Install configure and maintain servers desktops laptops and network devices
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Perform routine maintenance including backups updates and patching
• Manage user accounts permissions and access controls
• Provide end-user support for hardware software and network issues
• Support network administration and onsite network equipment installations
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
• Assist with security audits and data protection measures
• Collaborate with IT team members on system improvements and special projects

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization
• Working knowledge of Active Directory Exchange Barracuda VoIP and Cisco networking
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users
• Understanding of IT security best practices

Education & Experience

• Associates degree in Information Technology required (Bachelors preferred)
• 35 years of experience in a similar IT role

Preferred Certifications

AWS Cloud MCSE CCNA CompTIA certifications
