The Finance Senior Specialist - FP&A Operations will be responsible for providing financial planning analysis and reporting for Corporate a business or a P&L within a business. Positions requiring thorough understanding application and mastery of approaches theories methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

As Finance Senior Specialist - FP&A Operations you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3-year plan budget forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg. R&D eng supply commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.

• Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches processes and procedures in their own field.

• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems

• Leads as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.

• Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
