About the Role

As a Technical Design Technician you will play a crucial role in designing preparing and optimizing custom insulation solutions for industrial applications. You will work closely with engineers and the technical team to ensure that customer requirements are met from initial design and calculations to the creation of technical documentation for manufacturing. Your tasks will include 2D/3D design calculations for insulation performance prototype testing and supporting the transition from design to production.

Requirements

Technical Skills

Proficiency in 2D/3D design software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks CATIA or similar).

Strong knowledge of insulating materials and their thermal and acoustic properties.

Ability to read and create standardized technical documents.

Personal Qualities

Highly detail-oriented and analytical with a strong focus on finding optimal solutions.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Education & Experience

At least Bac 3 in Design Engineering Mechanical Engineering Acoustical Engineering or a related field.

Prior experience in technical design or engineering ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
