Build meaningful connections while assisting residents with daily routines like bathing dressing and meals.
Assist seniors with the self-administration of medications and help them move safely throughout the community.
- Foster positive relationships by communicating kindly and professionally with residents their families and outside agencies.
Provide support with bedtime and morning routines to ensure comfort and dignity.
Assist residents to and from meals and help with mealtime tasks as needed.
Help with light housekeeping to maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment.
Stay attentive to safety reporting any concerns and responding promptly in emergencies.
Make a difference each night by helping residents enjoy a restful secure and dignified life.
Must possess as a minimum a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Arkansas.
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to push pull move and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push pull move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet.
Must possess willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
- Must be able to read write speak and understand the English language.
