Job Summary

As a SAP SF EC Payroll Consultant you will:

Lead end-to-end configuration and support of Netherlands (NL) Payroll within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Manage and resolve payroll issues including tax-related discrepancies arrears and replication errors.
Perform Payroll Control Center activities and ensure smooth payroll operations.
Work on Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (TM) modules.
Configure and enhance payroll schemas PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and wage types.
Handle inbound and outbound payroll interfaces and point-to-point (P2P) integrations.
Conduct HRSP (HR Support Package) impact analysis testing and year-end payroll activities.
Support data migration and updates using LSMW.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of overall experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Proven experience as an NL Payroll SME with deep knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax processes.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll configuration schemas PCRs and wage types.
Strong exposure to integration scenarios including point-to-point replication.
Experience in handling payroll control center and HRSP upgrades.
Solid understanding of PA OM and TM modules.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Analyze and troubleshoot complex payroll and tax-related issues efficiently.
Interpret and resolve replication and interface errors.
Perform impact analysis and execute testing for payroll changes and HRSP updates.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure accuracy compliance and timeliness in payroll processing.
