As a SAP SF EC Payroll Consultant you will:
- Lead end-to-end configuration and support of Netherlands (NL) Payroll within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Manage and resolve payroll issues including tax-related discrepancies arrears and replication errors.
- Perform Payroll Control Center activities and ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Work on Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (TM) modules.
- Configure and enhance payroll schemas PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and wage types.
- Handle inbound and outbound payroll interfaces and point-to-point (P2P) integrations.
- Conduct HRSP (HR Support Package) impact analysis testing and year-end payroll activities.
- Support data migration and updates using LSMW.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of overall experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Proven experience as an NL Payroll SME with deep knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax processes.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll configuration schemas PCRs and wage types.
- Strong exposure to integration scenarios including point-to-point replication.
- Experience in handling payroll control center and HRSP upgrades.
- Solid understanding of PA OM and TM modules.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex payroll and tax-related issues efficiently.
- Interpret and resolve replication and interface errors.
- Perform impact analysis and execute testing for payroll changes and HRSP updates.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure accuracy compliance and timeliness in payroll processing.
