Job Summary

As a GenAI Automation Architect you will:

Design and implement LLM-based solutions including GenAI agents chatbots copilots workflow assistants and automated decision engines.
Build and manage end-to-end RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating enterprise data with SAP and infrastructure systems.
Evaluate train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
Develop intelligent automation frameworks combining business process automation APIs and AI-driven reasoning.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes pain points and automation opportunities.
Conduct workshops to identify and define AI-driven improvements across SAP modules and IT operations.
Design and implement AI/LLM workflows integrated with SAP systems infrastructure tools and ITSM platforms.
Build AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance intelligent ticketing anomaly detection and proactive issue resolution.
Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track automation ROI productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
Promote scalability and reusability through standardized AI and automation frameworks.

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong hands-on experience with GenAI LLMs and enterprise AI solution development.
Proven expertise in building RAG pipelines and knowledge-grounded AI systems.
Experience working with GenAI agent frameworks and intelligent automation platforms.
Strong understanding of business process automation tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP ecosystems and enterprise infrastructure systems.
Familiarity with API integrations and microservices-based architectures.
Strong experience in automation solution design and enterprise architecture principles.
Ability to bridge business requirements with technical AI implementations.
Experience working in complex enterprise environments across AMS and IMS landscapes.
