Job Summary

As an IGA Architect you will:

Architect and design end-to-end Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
Lead modernization and transformation initiatives within the IGA domain.
Define identity lifecycle processes access models workflows and policy frameworks.
Integrate IGA platforms with enterprise systems and applications.
Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering operations and project teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security infrastructure application owners and business units.
Conduct solution reviews assessments and improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Support roadmap planning enhancements and adoption of industry best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing IGA solutions using SailPoint or Saviynt.
Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management RBAC/ABAC models and access governance.
Experience integrating IGA platforms with enterprise applications (ERP HRMS cloud on-prem systems).
Solid knowledge of security and compliance standards related to IAM/IGA.
Proven ability to drive architectural decisions and lead technical initiatives.

You should possess the ability to:

Design scalable and secure identity governance frameworks.
Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead and mentor technical teams effectively.
Troubleshoot and optimize IGA implementations.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
