Job Summary
Occupli are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced EHSQ Lead & IMS Coordinator to drive best-in-class safety environmental and quality standards across multiple sites in Ireland.
This is a key leadership role where youll take ownership of the full EHSQ functionshaping strategy ensuring compliance and embedding a strong safety-first culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve the EHSQ strategy across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with H&S and environmental legislation
- Manage and improve ISO systems ( )
- Conduct audits risk assessments and incident investigations
- Deliver training and promote a proactive safety culture
- Report on EHSQ performance to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5 years in an EHSQ leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Irish H&S and environmental regulations
- Proven experience managing ISO standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualification in Health & Safety / Environmental discipline
