POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Advisor plays a pivotal role in accelerating the reach effectiveness and impact of Advisory Services (AS) across the Western region.
The role supplements Advisory Business Development and Delivery efforts by translating national strategies and regional priorities into coordinated actionable execution in direct support of AS leadership.
Acting as a strategic connector and enabler the Regional Advisor works in close collaboration with AS leaders across western Canada ensuring alignment with the AS West Strategy enabling consistency strengthening execution discipline and reinforcing a cohesive national AS practice. This role operates with a dotted line relationship to the VP Advisory Services (West Region) who is responsible to prioritize sequence and approve the initiatives activities and contributions before execution.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Strategic Execution & Collaboration
Lead the regional rollout of approved AS strategies content products and GTM initiatives for the West.
Interpret national frameworks and adapt them to Western regional priorities and realities.
Act as a coordination point between national strategy teams and AS West leadership to support disciplined execution.
Manage regional initiatives and roadmaps using sound project management practices.
Monitor performance indicators (e.g. conversion client satisfaction repeat engagements) and translate insights into actionable recommendations for AS West leaders.
Data Reporting & Targeting
Produce data and reporting on measures (manual in the short term with a focus on identifying solutions to automate over time).
Support proactive targeting and portfolio mining in close collaboration with Client Partners (CPs).
Provide actionable insights to support prioritization and decision making by AS West leadership.
Learning & Development (Small Segment West)
Support Learning & Development initiatives for the AS Small Segment by coordinating and developing training and internal presentation content for Small Segment stakeholders with a focus on increasing autonomy and consistency with increasing overall success of Account Managers.
Continous Improvement
Act as the point person for consolidating continuous improvement opportunities across the region.
Investigate issues identify root causes propose solutions and support implementation.
Document improvements and share insights with the leaders to speed up execution improve collaboration increase operational efficiency
Bring national process and operational improvements forward for review and deployment within the region.
Events & Strategic Activities
Support AS Directors in the execution of approved activities. Coordinate track and report.
Ensure alignment with AS priorities and consistency in execution.
Culture & Engagement
Lead activation of the anchor days by preparing agenda and content and contributing to the event coordination.
Support moments that matter activations (e.g. work anniversaries key milestones) and contribute to a strong connected and engaged AS West culture.
Training & Communication
Project manage onboarding for Client Partners (CPs) and Business Advisors (BAs) to ensure consistency and quality.
Coordinate impactful regional training sessions webinars and updates.
Ensure timely and clear communication of new solutions tools process changes and templates across the West.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
35 years of experience in project management reporting insights and stakeholder collaboration.
Core Competencies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working independently while collaborating within a national cross regional team.
Strong adaptability and execution discipline.
Client centric mindset focused on impact at scale.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel PowerPoint Word CoPilot).
Language
Bilingualism (French) is an asset but not required.
